At Rajvar Supplies Ltd., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Orders)

• If you purchase online, by phone, or by email, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (the “cooling-off period”).
• You must notify us in writing (by email or post) within this period if you wish to cancel.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Electrical items that have been installed, used, or altered cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Custom orders or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  
  

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.
• Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs.
  
  

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Delivery charges are refunded only if the order is cancelled within the cooling-off period or if goods are faulty/incorrect.
